Do not bail on breakfast 

Most people skip breakfast because they are too busy with their daily lives. However, you can make time for the most essential meal by integrating breakfast into your morning routine. You can wake up an hour early to make sure that you have enough time to prepare your meal. Although, if you have trouble waking up, you can prepare a breakfast sandwich at night, or you may order in at your workplace.

Avoid grocery shopping when you are hungry
